New Staging and Sets
There is no way you can not love the music and story of Les Miserables and the 25th Year Celebration show is just that. However, having seen the musical three times before I was concerned the new sets and staging would detract from the overall effect of the show. In some cases it did but in most cases it enhanced the show. The bridge scene and the scene in the sewers were outstanding. Miss the turntable as it relied on the actors more and less on the sets. The sets here are almost overpowering. All in all it was a great show and will see for the 5th time when it comes close to us again. BRAVO!
